Im sure im gonna get torn up for this, but id like to see them go the direction of samurai in ff tactics. Their ability was to draw out spells/ abilities from katana. Each katana had a different effect. Some beneficial and some not.

Don't think that would work in a MMO to many weps to carry just for effect. I want something fun and new for SAM class if they become about TP and giving TP to others that i guess that fine also lol.

I really liked the FFT Samurai as well.

What if you learned the Draw attack for each Katana permenently by SB'ing it? -- (Something like the way we learned skills in FFIX?)

Actually, that would be a great way to do SAM job quest.

You are given your first Katana upon unlocking the SAM job and you must SB it and kill a special NM to permanently learn your first Draw Attack.

Each successive Job quest involves a new U/U Katana, each with a new Draw Skill and a little story/history that needs to be explored, and a boss that must be killed with it.
