i think he is not really implemented yet. i read some comments that summoner job for arcanist is going to be patched right after and not directly at release (can be false i dont know).

so that would mean, summoner is not really balanced and implemented in the game yet. seems to be just a concept right now. although i'D be happy if they show it at their next live letter. but maybe its too early for that-

Well.. if the Armory system is like it is now.. Summoner will have everything an Arcanist will, In which case we will be able to Summon Carby under a Summoners Order.
