When using the recipes command, the lowest quality from the largest stack of materials you have is used first.

Are there any plans on changing it to the lowest quality from the smallest stack of materials you have instead?

Also, an option (checkbox or whatnot) to take materials instead from the high quality when using the recipes command would also be great.

It takes the materials out of whatever stack it finds first. It starts from the top, and goes down to the bottom.

The only issue here is when putting ingredients in your inventory, the game puts the smallest stack at the bottom, rather than the top.

The high-quality checkbox you're asking for will likely be present in 2.0.

What makes you so sure they even thought of that? It's unsafe to assume they have everything thought of. Best to just throw it out there anyways.

Well, considering in 2.0 you'll be selecting the recipe, rather than the ingredients one-by-one, they would have to be incredibly stupid not to add such a checkbox.

We can already select the recipe in 1.0 given you already crafted it at least once before, up to 8 different recipes..... It's more likely that there will be a greater/limitless recipe book tho, since 8 seemed to have been an unchangeable limitation in this client. but maybe they didn't even think of that either .

They were probably thinking about going about it the same way. Maybe I turned on that lightbulb . And you know theyve been known to do both good and stupid things.

The high-quality thing would be nice. It was driving me nuts having to go into my inventory every single time to select the HQ mats to make HQ nuggets/rivets etc.

Good. According to the live letter, there will be a option to chose NQ and HQ materials when selecting a recipe from the list.
