    Can't hear shouts from areas i'm not in...WHY?!

    Semantics asside, it would be wonderful to be able to listen to shouts for parties in ULD while gathering...is there a good reason to not implement this?

    "Immersion" or some such.

    Yoshi-P really hasn't commented on global chat channels that I know of, but I think the content finder in ARR should help with this.
