Please Make Leve-Sync optional

Removing 90% of a piece of equipment's stats does not = scaling down..

Modifying the active stats of gear to be on par with gear of the sync level is scaling down.


Here is the funny part about this thread. Any one else remember how optimal gear use to work? yea there is your answer.
