    Its only Sargatanas, and they didn't announce it ahead of time because its a server crash, not maintenance.

    They did say they only make announcements if it's something major they can't knock out quickly so if it doesn't automatically pop up on the website chances are it's not a widespread issue, since yeah I was pretty sure I was playing lol.
