Error (30002) 1337275452,6470148,5 stuck in Garuda's The Howling Eye(Hard) Balmung

It's been almost 2 days since I was left inside that instance, probably with 4 other parties stuck in there waiting on a response from the devs. It has been going on for quite awhile, maybe a week that Garuda's been acting up and kicking people out of the game by either cut scene or some weird lag spike that comes and goes when you get in it. I have never had such a problem since the bard final battle, but you had to wait until the instance's timer ran out, and that took 30 mins to get back on. Square Enix I would love for you to respond to people who have been playing since the beginning and at least fix the problem right on the spot. I did send tickets, I finally got a email confirmation on it being received, I just hope you guys can fix it soon, it's pretty silly how we finally get into Garuda, farming weapons and she's been broken since probably last patch.

Edit: Also looks like Error (30002) 1347011403,0,5 came to play.
