Put your weapon away and enter walk mode.

Spitfire and the Spriggans don't aggro unless your eyes meet, they can look at you and vice versa but if you both look at each other at the same time they'll aggro.

The Treants are all sound aggro, you can avoid them by walking (usually the number 1 key on the numberpad to toggle run/walk). Keep in mind if you pull your weapon out you'll be automatically in run mode. WALKING ON A CHOCOBO DOES NOT WORK! However Swiftsong from ARC/BRD or MNK's Fist of Wind effect will work in walk mode.
