well i am a petclass lover myself


but im afraid to see hundreds of summoners after re-release... because it will be the one and only new job.

I'm not so sure it's going to be the one and only new job. In the fan translation ove the talk show event the other day he mentioned that they were going to be releasing more jobs or something to that effect. Nothings confirmed yet, but I'd say there is a good chance that there will be other jobs when 2.0 hits.

I would say whatever class a gunblade user would be considered. (looking at depictions in VIII and XIII, I'm tempted to say red mage) I always liked hybrid/multi-range jobs, particularly the ones that leaned towards front line combat, but had enough versatility to provide support if needed. Ninja and Dancer are two other jobs I enjoyed.

While I love Whm and Smn and will always play them, I gave my vote to Dnc simply because I had so much fun with it on FFXI... I would love to see a Dnc/Gypsy in FFXIV

My favorite is sword saint. And no it's not the same as a pld, it's way better(FFT ring a bell for those who know how good Cid orlandeau is).
