From what i got told by the Support Centre, they apologised and said that i needed to have my account active in order to have an elegible application for the Alpha. They also said if i re-send it, both my applications will be deleted and removed which is kinda sad tbh... When there is no warning messages for situations such as what happened to me, other ppl will be on the same step as me just because they didnt check if their account was active or not...

Seriously? I meant on the application making process.
I though my account was active. Did you checked ur account before applying to see if it was active?
I didnt either. And that is the WARNING i'm talking about. If you try to make an Application without having a XIV account registered in your SE account it will pop up a message saying: "You need a Final Fantasy XIV account linked to your Square Enix account to register in the Alpha test version."
