Firstly your account doesnt get cancelled if your internet is down....
Secondly theres basically nothing you can do since it clearly states in the application you must have a valid FFXIV service account to be able to apply for alpha. The onus was on you to check your FFXIV account was valid before applying.... basically tough luck you wont be alpha testing
