Guys, i already completed all Imperial Devices, but this dont unlock, how i can get this quest?

I need this for get chocobo, but i dont have idea how continue.

What quest i need for unlock Burning Man.

Did you complete all the quests for the other Grand Companies? When you are a Recruit you have to complete the quests for each Grand Company before you can join and finally get your Chocobo.

Hello im from Hyperion, and im lv 40 going through this why i waited so long well thats another story but well i will get that Chocobo soon. so its not long but you have to be over lv 25 i do believe but it says your lv 50? Well maybe its a story like mine anyway good luck on the Chocobo whistle.
