There are lots of people who haven't seen some of this information, so before anyone falls into the trap I like to shut it down

Storage. You forgot a LS/FC storage/vault. The game should encourage shells/companies to pool their resources. I'd feel less wasteful if all the crafting materials that I usually vendor could be put into a vault so that crafters in the LS have something to take from for their own leveling. Likewise, it'd be nice to see LS' store things to help up and comers gear up, though gear drops and progression are far from solid now.

LS/FC Repair NPCs should be able to repair to 100%, but in exchange the money paid for by the player getting things repaired would go to the LS Storage. Gil accumulated in storage could then be used to buy perks or additional functions. That would encourage everyone to contribute what they can, while allowing me to return to my habit of always repairing as soon as I reach town. The current system doesn't allow me to do that because I have to sit around and wait for a crafter to grace me with their presence.
