    might as well to post here since it's too difficult...

    A master piece created by an Ala Mhigo goldsmith after losing his
    nation, wife and 3 children. Made with darksteel, rose gold and
    iolite. The ring was found on the assissant after an failed attempt of
    assassination against Garlean emperor along with a short message:
    "My heart had sunk with 5 holes you (Garlean Emperor) created to my
    life. I will capture you with my darkness and pierce your cold heart
    with my arrow of justice."
