Flamefist doesn't reset

A few hours ago I took a party to zaharak to kill flamefist and ended up getting trounced. then on the way back for the second attempt found all of the adds were still up and flamefist hadnt reset.

caught a group of 2 parties also running through for the bane of tribes achievement and ended up getting well and truly blasted by the sheer number of mobs and aoe,s as flamefist was outside of the room with the chests in along with all of his adds and still hasn't reset.

fairly sure this is a glitch as the other 2 bosses with fully reset after a wipe but this one doesn't.

for some reason he's not resetting on the server and with nearly 24 people involved at one point it seems pointless providing information on my isp as a party since has been in the last 15 minutes and still no reset

I must concur, that this was indeed a glitch. I believe I was in one of those parties Dzian talked about. Our LS came back later and it was still not working properly, again and with three parties we could not even get inside the gate to even fight Flamefist. Please look into to it for us. Steps:
1. Enter and assisted another pt and had 2 pt of our own. NM defeated following that win, Flamefists minions would not depop, so any attempt to approach the gate to enter the NM's spawn, Flamefist's minions would link and wipe all parties.
2.Happened multiple times and tried later same result. we could not even get past gate.
