October 13th - Launcher Broken, Please Fix

"A connection error has occurred. Please try again later."

After another twenty-four hour wait, I presume, though that's by-the-by; news doesn't load, log-in doesn't load after a while, the Play button may or may not load at all, and if you're lucky to get a Play button, the game may or may not load.

Please polish and fix this quickly. We'll be looking forward to it.

Same problem here…. My log in button won’t even appear. SE please perform a hot fix to correct this unnecessary issue.

Login button takes minutes to show, then launch button takes minutes to show. Finally got in but the usual 30 seconds I need to login took 5 minutes.

Would be nice if SE would at least acknowledge the issue. Quite a few people encountered the same but according to someone on Reddit, support said they are not aware of any issues and directed them to look for issues with their computer... Not very customer friendly response imho... I work in It support and I wouldn't have a job tomorrow if I dismissed a customer's support ticket just like that.

Sounds terrible. Glad it's not the case for whoever works for their customer support, having to fear for their termination like that.

Assuming the job wasn't terminated long ago in favor of a bot, anyway.

I have been trying to get into game using the Quicklauncher since 1:30pm MST. It has been an Hour now. I keep getting the message: "The login servers cannot be reached. This usually indicates maitenance is underway or that your connection to the login server is unstable..".. Please fix the Login server- I WOULD like to Play! (and it would be nice if Square could give us pro-rated time on our accts for this delay.)

Login space not showing up on my launcher either. This is ridiculous. We just had a 24-hour maintenance

Couldn't play last night because of maintenance, cant play tonight because cant login great stuff
