So let me start this off by saying that I have recently returned to this game after quite a long break and prior to writing this I tried searching for topics about this very issue.
Now then, why in their right mind does SE create a battle event that completely does not need any sort of DD class? No I'll take it a step further and ask why is that mode the only great way to earn any sort of anima back fast? I mean I have 4 jobs 40+ now and apparently not one of them is very useful in Hamlet defense at all (mnk, bard, blm, drg).
I know its easy to level up another job right now with the PL tricks still in the game, but I just don't understand why does this mode have to be the best spot to regain anima yet arguably the discipline that requires more anima than the rest is for the most part considered useless in this event? Crafters need anima more than dd classes? I understand that everyone has been playing for a long time and most have multiple jobs suitable for hamlet but it just seems absurd a battle ground that favors very specific classes would be really the only way to rebuild your anima quickly.
Again sorry if this has been posted several times before, as I said I have tried searching for something on this topic and found nothing really. Yes I am aware that there are alternate means to gain anima with trading to the outpost and all, but just seems ridiculous that I need to invest in a specific class to get something that is so essential to get around the world.
TLDR version: Give DD classes a better way to earn anima, or better yet give us more ways to earn anima.
