New player GC and anima Questions! TY

Hello, I just hit 50 with my blackmage i love to level but i have a couple questions I can't seem to get answered. One thing Im wondering what the best way is to restore anima last week i blew threw them leveling and just trying to get GC done for chocobo. My second question is whats the best way to Earn GC seals Ive been doing the quests but they seem to be getting harder (In terms of the amount of people you need to complete them). My last little off topic question is when leveling ARC do you use the lvl 1 warped arrow 1-50? The other ones seems kinda expensive and i never had more than 100,000 in the game.

You can regain anima by doing Hamlet defense (100 anima if you win if I remember right) and chocobo caravans (you get some items your can trade in for anima).
Other than that you can just wait for it to grow back naturally at a rate of 1 point per 4 hours^^

GC seals are most easily earned through chocobo caravans (the high lvl version).

About arrows...using better arrows makes your dmg better by quite a lot but if you can't afford them you can use warped arrows until you hit 50 as well.

Thank you for your help do you know where i can find a guide on Hamlet defense and chocobo caravans because i heard those things before but idk how to do them or where to even start.
