How do you pronounce Eorzea?

Watching one of the recent videos, the speaker spoke of the land of Eorzea and called it "Air-ah-zee-a" Link which sounded quite odd to me.

In my mind it has always been "Ee-ore-zee-a" * a bit like Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh. I've also heard it pronounced

"Ee-ore-zay-a"
"Ee-ore-zay"
"Ay-ore-zay-a"

They may be using it in a looser definition like how we say "First World" and "Third World." World can mean from a certain perspective given that we are limited to Eorzea.
