Square Enix NA made the crystal chronicles series if you didn't know. And designing isn't easy for everyone the way Talon shoots out ideas is incredible the speed and creative he has while coming up with things is amazing. I know for a fact that Talon would be a top designer for a game once he got hired. It takes someone creative and good at multiple skills to design a job/dungeon/event/etc. and make it balanced, fun, innovative, etc. Yes some people that are creative would see it as easy in comparison such as you Saieno but as a person such as myself programming seems easiest for me while designing would present me a challenge. All it takes is dedication and commitment to your goals and anything is possible.
