    Ideas from an Unemployed Game Designer - FFXIV style!

    Hey Guys!

    As the title says, I'm a game designer that is currently looking for work, and decided to do some design stuff for FFXIV. I've currently written up [21] different documents for things like new Dungeon Raids, new Content Events, new Jobs, re-dos of current in-game systems, and I've even took a stab at making a new class for the game from the ground up.
    I will say this has proven SUPER fun and I would like to hear the opinion on these designs from the games community!
    So, if you don't mind taking some time, take a look, and drop a line.

    So, Mage Tank? Wouldn't it make more sense to have it draw from CON and GLA then?

    Ya mikki's on the right track. I guess its my fault for not specifiying the targeting on the actions for both Thaliak's and Earthwalkers.
    I was intended to be able to deal with as much damage as a regular healer, without the need to be consistently healing. I was quite intrigued when you said Mage Tank, opens up an entirely different build type for the class o.ob
