As the title states, during the reveal (or around it, I forget) Yoshi-P clearly said Samurai and Ninja, but I have no idea to what extent. He could've just been comparing to XI, or something. If anyone has information about what he was saying, I'd really like to know what it was about.

I think it was in regards to future classes (not available at launch). The names Excalibur and Masamune were also mentioned, probably in relation to the swords not the servers

A friend of mine was translating the video through vent. What I picked up was that they are concepts for future classes. They will use traditional Japanese style weapons for those jobs and NIN will get dual wield.

Based on the crowds lack of reaction when he blurted out the words "samurai and ninja," and based on him displaying ARC and SMN shortly after, I think it's safe to make an educated guess that he said something like "We considered things like samurai and ninja but ultimately we decided against it at this time." If he was confirming plans for adding SAM or NIN one would expect the crowd to get excited and for him to go into much more detail on the subject. I tend to dismiss a lot of the "My friend translated" remarks because I think there are a lot of people who like to let on that they speak a foreign language when they actually don't.
