    Fatal DirectX Error (11000002)

    Hello,

I am experiencing a Fatal DirectX Error 11000002 in FINAL FANTASY XIV ONLINE.

The game does not crash constantly. I was able to complete a full dungeon without any problems. However, the DirectX error occurred again during The Dark Inside Trial Duty, while a scene/cutscene was playing (twice in a row).It did all started when Beastmaster came out.

The crash seems to happen unexpectedly. I can play normally for some time without any problems, but the game may crash during certain scenes or cutscenes (during teleportation, skills and going solo dungeon was problem but it seems resolved?).

    System information:

    Windows 11
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU
    DirectX 11
    FINAL FANTASY XIV ONLINE (PC)

    Error: Fatal DirectX Error 11000002

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including updating/reinstalling the NVIDIA graphics driver, lowering the game's graphics settings, limiting FPS, and reducing possible background application interference.

I am currently prioritizing stability over graphical quality and therefore use lower graphics settings.

    Temperature and cooling:
I have also been monitoring my laptop's CPU/GPU temperatures while playing and paying attention to cooling and airflow (cleaned with compressed air in a way that avoids damage).

The most recent crash occurred during The Dark Inside, while a scene/cutscene was playing.

Could you please advise what additional information or diagnostic files you need to investigate this issue?

I can provide DXDiag, Event Viewer information, or other diagnostic reports if necessary.

    Thank you for your assistance.
