Did I read that correctly?

So what does it mean if my next estimated date of billing is September 23rd, does that mean I won't be able to play untill October? Or will I be able to continue playing untill November? Or do I have to pay for 1 more billing cycle? Sorry for my misunderstanding on the matter

My guess is the last billing cycle for everyone will start in September, and then everyone who had a pay cycle processed in September will be able to play from that point until the servers go down.
