Whether I left click or right click in the Bestiary, all I am getting is "change appearance". be it on the empty platform right at the start or during prep before going into a stage or inside a stage before pulling the mobs.
Anything else is non-interactive.
As it stands, I CANNOT assign ANY pets to my horns no matter what I do.
This is completely broken.

I share your frustration. I have had an easier time in some Savage fights compared to the Crucible. It's sucked the fun out of Beastmaster for me and at this point I'm only continuing because of sunk cost fallacy. My current hurdle is the final boss of the Second Master board (her insane knockback, specifically). To which, I haven't wanted to punch my monitor since I was a teenager, but boy did whoever design the Crucible sure find a way to unbury that rage.
I had the same thing happen. I’m pretty sure it’s a bug. Once I logged out and logged back in it worked again but yea, the UI needs some SERIOUS work. I actually gave up on Beast because I find the entire class to be sloppily designed (or just poorly explained). The crucible was so annoying to me it made me realize how much real life time I was wasting in this game.

I managed to brute force the first two boards after leveling up some beasts. just have tanky ones like buffalo and goobbue snarl and take damage while I focus on mechanics. The third board can probably be brute force as well once I got several beasts to level 15.
Heya, I don't know if you're still reading this thread but if you want I'd love to help you in some way if you'd like? That way you could complete the story! I could either do callouts or something, feel free to quote me here and we can see what's possible!I'm old and retired. I'm just playing to fill time. I've had two massive strokes. My brain and body don't work like most. I solved the problem, got in, and managed to defeat the first room with about 3% health left. I don't have what it takes, mentally or physically, to bother continuing. But thanks for the encouragement.
That mechanic is honestly really badly worded because when the debuff mentioned "emits a shockwave from the point of impact" I thought it was referring to the location I was at when I got hit by the dagger, not my actual character.I share your frustration. I think only one of the languages actually mentions direction being a factor (It either knocks you towards or away from the direction your character is facing depending on where the boss appeared for the dagger toss) so it's not even an EN-exclusive issue.

If she throws the dagger into your chest she'll knock you backwards, if she throws it into your back, it'll knock you forward. It's incredibly badly worded.I share your frustration.
