I am still hoping there will be a new class or two that can get that experience.

I think the whole idea of experience points is that it measures how you've actually played and grown used to a certain class. Shifting stored surplus exp from all your mastered classes to a new one, and BOOM, level 27 LOL NVR PLAYED DUN NO HOW.
No thanks. Just play the game.
Evidently I didn't dumb this down enough. Let me try again.
Map exploration - get exp for it - you explore on one of your already maxed out classes/jobs already, the exp is wasted. Its not about cheating the system, its about not being screwed over by the system by them not lifting the max level at launch, which I'd be willing to put money on they arent going to do. You know how much exp has gone to the gutter because my classes are maxed out, yet I want to still do quests and complete other objectives, how many hundreds of thousands of points are just vapor at this point? Thats what I'm wanting to avoid in the future.
It may not be your idea of what it means to play the game, but it is not in itself a bad idea. Would I want to use the exp to catapualt a new class to a few levels farther than starting from ground zero, absolutly. Is this going to make me incapable of learning about the class/job, absolutly not. If you have that problem, then thats a You problem, not everyone's problem.
But why should you earn EXP for exploration in the first place? There's already achievements/titles for this.Evidently I didn't dumb this down enough. Let me try again.

I always disliked the idea of getting experience when finding new places. If you go around exploring it should be for the sake/fun of it.
And the idea of storing surplus exp for use later is the complete opposite of what they would want to do, because by that logic you could grind the shit out of Natalan right now and go 1 - 50 in a class as soon as they release it. Which is really something they do not want.
You'll find these "get rewarded for exploring" mechanisms in other games. In Skies of Arcadia, you can report your discoveries in the world's vast skies to the guild in Sailor Island, and get money rewards depending on the rarity of the discovery (some are only observed in very specific conditions). In Xenoblade Chronicles, you get experience points for finding landmarks in addition to the discovery allowing you quick teleportation points.
These are honestly just incentives to go out and discover things, especially in odd places that may be tricky to reach. I think this is also coherent with the fact that your character would actually learn new things from visiting new places, and become a better, wiser person thanks to it. It's experience.
Experience points. Get it? Whodathunkit.
I was agreeing with you. I meant I hope there is a new class available that I can play as when doing this new content.I think the whole idea of experience points is that it measures how you've actually played and grown used to a certain class. But...! WoW do it!!!1!1!!! ( the BAM level 27 part)I think the whole idea of experience points is that it measures how you've actually played and grown used to a certain class. Shifting stored surplus exp from all your mastered classes to a new one, and BOOM, level 27 LOL NVR PLAYED DUN NO HOW.
