But...! WoW do it!!!1!1!!! ( the BAM level 27 part)I think the whole idea of experience points is that it measures how you've actually played and grown used to a certain class. Shifting stored surplus exp from all your mastered classes to a new one, and BOOM, level 27 LOL NVR PLAYED DUN NO HOW.
No thanks. Just play the game.

Um, I'd rather having the job in use for that exp you wanna gain and not just earn it from using a max lvl character, it doesn't seem right for using skills that don't help you with that job to further your progress with it.

A full character wipe would solve that issue without any code changes.![]()

I actually wouldn't mind if they did a full character wipe so you'd have to level all your characters jobs from lvl 1, I mean it's gonna be a new game so why not? Just have us keep the gear/gil/items we have in our inventory and characters.

I think it would be fine for those one-time XP gains. I mean if these things are meant to level on and we don't get a new class(es) to level, it's almost like punishing you for exploring and doing things immediately if you already have all 50s.
Hey new guys from 2.0 the old players have a even larger advantage over you than before suck it.

Surplus exp?
I was certain this was going to be a necropost...

As I read it, even though we get our old inventory, the character experience data will not give old players an advantage over newbies... not exactly character wipe... but almost.

How about we can buy 1 elixier each 10k surplus exp?
Wow, I don't think Yoshi would like this idea. I mean, you are essentially PL'ing yourself. Haha
