Surplus Experience storage.. would it be possible (question for the reps)

Tell you what, I'm in favour of this if I get all my Surplus exp from 2010 and 11 back.

I'd level whatever new class 1-50 on JUST the surplus I had from Eft parties from October/November 2010.
