Surplus Experience storage.. would it be possible (question for the reps)

I am still hoping there will be a new class or two that can get that experience.

I think the whole idea of experience points is that it measures how you've actually played and grown used to a certain class. Shifting stored surplus exp from all your mastered classes to a new one, and BOOM, level 27 LOL NVR PLAYED DUN NO HOW.
