1. go to http://live.nicovideo.jp/ click on the gold bar to the left on top of page.
2.you will get a screan showing 1...2...3 steps... type in your email address.
3.check your email and click on the link it will bring you to a registration page.
4.first box is username 2-16 characters.
5.next is male(left) female(right)
6.country CHOOSE your country
7.time zone
8.password again 2-16 characters
9.secret question. Just use first option and type in a simple word.
10. click on the black box just below to confirm and finalize.
11. dont forget you log in info lol and save the ID it gives you at the end.
12. if your not familiar w/ Nihongo then use http://www.bing.com/translator/ i hate microsoft but its pretty damn accurate for people that dont know hth to read japanese.
13. yes or use the facebook button lol
