Hello,
I would like to know if it's possible to add an additional function to the Subtarget where if I pressed [Shift+Action Key] it would activate that action as Subtarget.
Thank you

There is a setting for that in the config, but it's not something you can change on the fly. Not sure if you're looking for something like that or not.
I know, the setting that is available, is either subtarget or non-subtarget. Also I know it's possible with macro to have an action on subtarget <st>, but I would have to write a macro for every action that I might sometimes need to use it on subtarget.
But, I would like to know if it's possible to have settings on non-subtarget, and have an additional function to use a subtarget in any action that can use subtarget on the fly
Ah, I was just checking. I agree with you and would like to see something like this as well.
I've wondered this myself why you can't force subpar getting via a modifier key/button.
Shift-Activate or Square-X on controller would force sub targeting.
As PLD I find it really troublesome to heal the mele around me, changing my target would stop my auto-attack.
Shift-Action / Button-Action would be much faster and reliable, even for offensive abilities for multiple targets around a single target.
