This, why is it so hard for people to grasp and understand. 1.0 is dead after November 1st. Maybe the servers will stay up and you can run around chatting and afk in uldah all you want but nothing is going to get saved for 2.0

Beta will fire up at some point towards the end of the year and you will be playing that until 2.0

It will probably be at least 4 months from November 1st before 2.0 launches at the earliest.
