except without explicitly denoting you're referencing hamlet specifically, *you* are the one making an ambiguous statement that could go one way or another- however it suits you for the current argument. don't deflect. don't project. as far as what "people" were talking about, guess what- more ambiguity. "people" are talking about every stage of the relic quest, *not just* hamlet specifically. perhaps instead of just making an awfully general reference to "people" you should specify which ones you're talking about. (you did quote me, so that would seem to imply you know how that works.)
and so when you make a vague, sweeping comment about luck not equating to skill without clarifying exactly how you mean it- you're damn right i'm going to swiftly squash any suggestion that somehow all our progress has been based on luck alone.
