Hamlet Questions (full loot lists and effects of provisioning?)

The first box is correct, but I am not 100% sure about the drops for the off hand tools and accessories. I don't know if they are set to only one location per item as I have only provisioned once or twice and gotten 2 items for it. Someone told me that the off hand tools drop from the hamlet in the contry of that craft/gather classes guild. And the 2 wrists can ceom from all of them.

As for the main lot of items, there are no triggering factors apart from getting more than 50k and 60K scores (60K has better drop rate). And the ordinary head drop 100%

You can get all the militia tools/wrists from any of the hamlets being top 20

wristlets and bracelets yes. everything else is hamlet specific:
hyrstmill: sledgehammer/culinary knife/mortar
golden bazaar: scythe/spinningwheel/grindingwheel/awl
aleport: gig/file/pliers/claw hammer

3 out of the 4 gathering hats that i have seen dropped were dropped on 50k runs. people have said that 70k runs do not drop the 100% hat so they might have a separate loot pool

Having a provisioner in your party gives youa boost in points and allows for tradebale Crafting or Gathering drops to come from the NPC at the end to the provisioner. There is a chance that an untradeable Gathering hat may drop into the party loot.

Does this mean, hats will only drop when a provisioner is present? We have done so far 150-170 hamlets, and maybe half of them when not more, with provisioner, always over the 60k mark with ot without prov. Not a single gathering hat has been seen yet. Any particular condition to make it drop?

Does anyone know if it's still possible to get a seal from Top 3 is the Hamlet is in Grade 1? Not enough people handed in but I made it to the #2 spot. :/

Seal and hat also dropped on 40k. At least happened twice on my watch. Gonna screencaps next time if I got this again.

I've seen an Inferno Seal drop with 57k points and 6th provisioner this very week.

some good info in here still a couple of contradictions regarding tools / accessories
do they drop no matter where in the top 20 your provisioner is?
