    some good info in here still a couple of contradictions regarding tools / accessories
    do they drop no matter where in the top 20 your provisioner is?

    Tools/Accessories do not drop to anyone in the party from the chest. They are only awarded to the provisioner themselves if they are in the top 20 from the NPC.
