Unstable fps on ffxiv

Hello i have unstable fps on ff14 i keep getting 45 to 60 to 45 to 60 fps at already 720p how do i fix
here my spec
i5 1335u
16 gigs of ram
512gb ssd
iris xe(basically gtx 750ti)

I cant upgrade my hardware because its an laptop how do i fix unstable fps

We understand that upgrading the graphics hardware is not possible on your laptop. While your system's Intel Iris Xe graphics solution does not meet the current minimum requirements for FINAL FANTASY XIV: Dawntrail, there may be a few adjustments that can help improve performance and reduce fluctuations in frame rate.

Please note that because the hardware falls below the supported specification, we cannot guarantee stable performance or a specific frame rate. The current minimum requirements call for a GPU equivalent to or greater than an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon RX 480.

If you would like to maximize the performance available from your system, please try the following:

1.Set the game to the "Minimum" graphics preset

•Open the FINAL FANTASY XIV Launcher.
•Select Config.
•Under Graphics Settings, choose the lowest available preset.

2.* Reduce in-game graphical features

•Disable or lower Shadow Quality.
•Disable Real-time Reflections.
•Lower Anti-Aliasing settings.
•Reduce Ambient Occlusion.
•Lower Character and Object Drawing Quality.
