Thank you for providing the DXDiag report and FFXIV System Information. We appreciate the amount of troubleshooting that has been performed and the detailed information you have provided.

After reviewing the reports, we were not able to identify any obvious issues with the FFXIV installation, game configuration, or DirectX installation itself. The system specifications also exceed the requirements necessary to run FINAL FANTASY XIV.
However, we did notice that the DXDiag report contains multiple Windows Error Reporting entries, including several BlueScreen events as well as LiveKernelEvent entries. These types of events are generated by Windows and may indicate an issue occurring at the operating system, driver, or hardware level rather than within the game client itself.

Since you previously mentioned that the game's stability improved after graphics driver changes, and because the remaining issues include DirectX errors, black screens, freezes, and Windows system errors, we would like to gather the Event Viewer information previously requested so we can better understand what Windows is reporting at the time of the crashes.

Please provide any Error or Critical entries from both the Application and System logs that correspond with the time of a crash:

Press the Windows key + X and select Event Viewer
Expand Windows Logs
Review both Application and System
Locate any Error or Critical events that occur at the same time as the crash
Provide screenshots or the details from those events in your reply.

Regarding your question about DirectX 9, you are correct. FINAL FANTASY XIV currently utilizes DirectX 11, and DirectX 9 is no longer a supported option. Therefore, we would not be able to perform any further testing using DirectX 9.
Once we have the Event Viewer information, we will be happy to review the data and determine whether any additional troubleshooting may be available.
