    Doesn't seem like she's been graphically updated yet. Her ears are still very angular and her hairline/eyebrows are very low res. Those are typically two of the most distinct upgrades when a character gets updated. Her outfit is unchanged as well.

    As Cid has already pointed out, Raya has yet to be updated at all.

    Your Reshade preset is not helping her either.
