CC Blacklist Should Mute Quick Chat

It really bothers me that the blacklist does not mute quick chat from the blacklisted player. So much of bad behavior and harassment in CC comes from quick chat spam. It doesn't make sense that blacklisting and mute work on normal chat functions but not quick chat.

Ideally the black list should prevent you from being matched in the same party with a black listed player to begin with, but I get the feeling it'd take 2 hours to queue if they put that feature in.

Unconditional agreement on this one. I will always argue for more tools and toggles to allow players to get things off of their screen that irritate them.

Something you can do which helps if you're matched with someone who spams quick chat is to temporarily toggle off system sounds.

They can't allow people to blacklist each other just not to get teamed with them anymore for obvious reasons and abuse, but having tools to deal with quickchat notifications, sound, etc, would be very much welcome.

I agree with that, sometimes I got players who spam the "Good job!" or whatever its called in English, in German it says "Gut gemacht!" plus the annoying sound
also people who ignore mark players from their own team, it should be disabled, but I have the feeling that those toxic players will find something new to bother other players
like someone Ive seen who spammed the sit emote on some players who died and waited for their respawn

Auto-mute someone who uses quick chat spam more than twice in 10 seconds. Don't allow people to mark their own teammates with the ignore mark (it's helpful to mark the other team though). Don't let our rankings rely so much on the work (or lack of it) of others.
