Enjoy the game
Simply do not rush. nothing waiting for you in dawntrail its bad expansion. bad story. bad glamour piss-poor boss fights. enjoy the game in your pace. do not feel pressured or bullied by the community to get there level. there are a lot of things you can do other then getting mixed with the wrong crowds. joining in on toxic band-wagon that is end game content.

This Guide contains a lot of fun things you can do other then speed-running this game. if your new player I suggest you follow it

Crafting and Gathering
Crafting and Gathering in this game is kinda fun. just have push yourself little. try not take easy way out go out explore the world. you find new out things never knew on your main character. listen to music for few hours watch netflix while running around with pickaxe, fishing pole or hatchet in hand . or better yet just straight up killing for leather.

Beast Tribe Quest
Actually these are pretty good you be amazed how many players actually skip these completely however they offer you alot benefits other then just getting mounts. crafter ones give you free materia and own resources . pretty much good set of rare crafting mats not mention gil rewards from these quest not bad quest actually fun to do not boring at all quick easy dailies. more of in and out approuch. ARR beast-tribe quests very rewarding

Rare Fates There is rare fates in every expansion some actually drop minions. some actually drop things trade for crafting mats or other things later ones. over all they are pretty fun. not every cup of tea. but its something to do then typical drama that happens at end game rather stress free

Hunts Hunts are are actually amazing you get set hunts you can do daily every expansion. you use these hunts buy aetherite tickets. this make sure your teleports no gil for while. teleporting is something your character will do alot. if you stock up on aeherite tickets use them wisely they can save your character alot of gil

also get alot nice glamour items and stuff you have

Glamour Making yourself look pretty farming dungeon gear or gear that actually suits nice to you giving yourself own personal twist. this is true end game but most of time all game


Deep Dungeon This can be fun trying to solo it trying reach max level. this one more harder achievements to do people say but nothing like having some alone time to yourself

Jumps Puzzles and Tomfoolery Random jump puzzles all over the world of final fantasy 14 into that type of stuff. dev team likes leaving little things your character can do while your not feeling up doing anything lazying about

Goldsauser and pvp Its better then raiding actually specially games they have card collecting triple traid. or chocobo racing. something for everyone there. specially mini games they do there.

Raiding is not enjoyable if you are thinking of just getting max level instantly jumping into raiding thinking its gonna be like everything else. the you will not find it enjoyable. sometimes need give yourself time to grow as a player. not rush content no ones gonna carry you . you have too get good on your-own. so cant just rush the game enjoy the msq enjoy the combat. raiders normally filled with people that dedicated alot of time to perfecting there rotation and skills. this isnt something you should rush you ruin what this game offers for you

if you cant even master the basics do not even try raiding. all your gonna do is grief people. however there is content you can do. isn't as hard to entry and not as easy as 4 man dungeons.

[B]Target Dummy does not fight back target only helps you understand your rotation. does not teach you survival tactics. does not teach you how to do mechanics. something have learn from actually experence. not something you can rush. dont get good in a day

Enjoying a good read Side quest, MSQs and Job Quest. some of the content actually funny good read. old relic quest can be fun to do. give them the time effort learn alot about lore of the game. given the effort
