After a bit of thought I realized I was being too harsh. Its not like the contest judges are professionals at voice acting either. That doesn't excuse what happened, but I understand a bit. They wouldn't necessarily know the importance of allowing different voice types in.The winner did a great job but
NOT EVEN A SINGLE FEMALE WON! THAT'S BS.
I'm sorry but if you are going to have a contest you need to not just decide that the voice should be male or female and then ONLY allow those folks to win. Certainly a deep growling voice is what I would have picked for a commercial, but to have that ON EVERY SINGLE CONTEST WINNER?
Not good, not good at all.
However congrats to all who won anyway.
