I still don't like the instant cast Glares on evolved WHM, and I previously suggested they should:

* Revert the main attack spell to 1.5s casts
* Guarantee Sanctity accumulation with Afflatus heals, regardless of amount healed
* Make Holy Sanctuary instant (increase max charges as needed)

I was thinking this may not quite give enough instant casts in modern content, so adding to that, instead of increasing damage, make Sanctuary convert accumulated Sanctity into stacks of Sacred Sight, which grants uses of an instant cast spell that has double the potency of the main attack.

Alternatively, keep the instant cast main attack and casted Sanctuary, still make Afflatus heals guarantee Sanctity, but make the Sacred Sight spender also casted.
