Game stuck at black screen after update

Since installing the 7.51 update, the game gets stuck on a black screen after clicking the Play button in the launcher. It shows the in-game cursor on a black screen, then eventually crashes completely. The game worked perfectly before the update, then stopped working after the update was released.

Edit: I figured it out myself. It turns out that secure boot apparently causes trouble with Nvidia drivers on Linux. I had turned it back on after installing Zorin OS, and that caused the problem. It started working again after I turned off Secure Boot.

I also had a similar problem with Star Wars: The Old Republic. Turning off Secure Boot fixed that as well.
