    It's really not easy to understand your posts I'll admit. You have a very loose way of writing, on top of apparently not being a native speaker. No shade at that, I'm not a native speaker myself. But it means people not understanding how you meant your posts is a given, so while you say words are being put into your mouth, from the perspective of an external reading the plethora of 120s-CD self-buffs and buffs to others plus extra abilities to spike damage on a compatible CD very very much reads like advocating for a returned and stronger 120s meta. And as that is something players are happily awaiting the removal of, it's no surprise that replies zero in on it.

    Buttons that give you extra damage do not just pertain to raiding, it effects the entire game. This 2 min meta was something that raiders created. This is a player made problem so let me ask this. Do you think they are going to stop making metas just because they removed the damage buffs? No, they will just create new metas, then what? And then people will get fed up with those and then they will be removed. It is an never ending cycle of people having fun, getting bored and then wanting change. This is a player problem created by the player. It isn't SE fault that people abuse the system and then don't like the system after they have abused it. This is a neverending cycle and will keep happening over and over again until we have nothing. This game should not be balanced completely on raiding just to make the raiders happy. Look what it has done to 5 man dungeons. You literally have tanks that don't need a healer, we have dps that don't need a healer or a tank to actually beat a boss. So, no, this has to stop somewhere. At some point this has to stop or there won't be anything left.

    This might surprise you, but players do not program the game, and especially not its classes or skills. The developers do this. The players use the system as intended by the design. It'd be trivial to break the 120s meta without removing most buffs, and in fact this was what players mostly asked for as we all thought a full class reduction would never happen.

    Don't get me wrong, I like freaky class ideas. I myself think that among other things most classes, in particular all DPS classes, need massive amounts of randomization in the form of combo-branching procs, random resource generation or expenditure or non-reliable combo combinations to become long-term viable, and they'd be purely better for it. But, I also understand that it's a very unpopular opinion to have particularly in the context of FFXIV, a game that naturally draws players enjoying Static Rotation type classes since well, that's what 100% of classes here are, even including the 3 with procs due to neutered gameplay effects of said procs.

    Your suggestions are kinda cool in a vacuum, at least plenty of them. But just as many are weird or show a near-total lack of knowledge about the game and how various effects (e.g.: adding damage to utility oGCDs or adding a damage-buff to a regen ability) play out in actual gameplay. That's why you're getting negative reactions to them, not because the ideas themselves don't have merit, even though personally I heavily disagree on role skills, I'd remove them as a concept entirely instead.
