    Evoled Mode DPS Ideas

    All evolved DPS will be pushed into 16 button and no more than that. This does not include your role skills are free but those do not count for the 16 button limit. The 16 buttons that make your job and which gives your job its identity, will not be the same as per see as other jobs. Every single DPS will be unique and no monetization whatsoever outside of role skills. Role skills should be limited to 4 buttons per DPS, so these buttons have to fit well with other DPS. Most of the DPS role skills are not that great and I want to change that. Read below about each DPS individual role skills:

    Melee DPS

    Melee DPS role skills are Life Surge, Blood Bath, Coat of Arms and Thunderclap.
    Life Surge - we all know what it does if you play Dragoon.
    Blood Bath we all know what this is if you have ever played a melee DPS but the addition is to this ability is that it increases your overall dps damage by 10%, with the cooldown increased from 90 to 120.
    Coat of Arms - Makes you immune to knockback. You place a flag onto the battlefield and lowers all targets physical damage 10% and magic damage by 5%. It lasts for 12 seconds. This is basicly Feint and Arms Length merged into one ability. It's cooldown is 120 seconds. All targets within the ring of Arms' Length are immune to knockback.
    Tunderclap - Not only heals you for pure potency of 500, it also allows you to rush towards an enemy or party members location with the maximum of two charges and has a recast time of 60 seconds. This is merging second wind with the Monks' Thunderclap and making it a role skill rather than it being a second skill. This will let all DPS have some sort of gap closing at the moment so there is no need to have multiple versions of the same thing on different jobs.

    Ranged DPS role skills
    Deloton - will now be a role trait and will automatically be cast when not in conbat so you will never need it on your bar.
    Second Wind will now have two charges 60 second cool down and heal at 700 potency. It can also be used while stunned, and also cleanses stunned, paralyze, bind and heavy. The reason behind this is that most ranged DPS really don't have any solo sustain and kiting seems to be extremely difficult with the aggro range in the game.
    Down the Sights - Prevents you from being knocked back and makes the next attack you use critical. It also increases the damage you deal by 15% with 20 second cooldown. This is basically Raging Strikes from a Bard, Machinists' Resemble and Arms length combined in one button. However, using this ability requires you to stand still or it will not work. While you stand still you will also gain a buff called sniper stance. If you don't have sniper stance you don't have the buff. This of this as you bit burst button window.
    Head Gaze - It is instant off global cooldown, deals 120 potency has 3 charges and an additional effect interrupting the targets'action.

    Drain - 180 non-elemental damage off global cool down. Two charges that heals the caster. The reason behind this ability is because most casters have no sustain. No cooldown so can be used as kiting tool.
    Warp - If you target a boss, you warp to the boss, if you target an ally you warp to them and you and them both get damage increse by 5% for 12 seconds.
    Magical Surge - It has two charges, it is off global cooldown and the next spell cannot be interrupted and is instant cast. This has a 120 second cooldown. The next spell you cast will 100% direct hit.

    Osmos - This creates a link to the target and the caster. Every spell that they cast will retore their mp equivalent 20% of the damage done. While this ability is active you cannot be knocked back or silenced or stunned. This will last up to 12 seconds.

    All these abilities are no longer identical to one another. Arms' Length is not shared with Tanks or Melee DPS, Ranged or Physical DPS. Everyone has their own unique role skill and no longer will you see Melee DPS, Ranged DPS and Tanks using all the same skills to negate Knock Back.

    Healer Role Skills - Swift Cast now has 2 charges and has a 60 second cooldown. They gain a new ability called Pure Cast. This gains the same effects as Sure Cast with an additonal effect that the next heal that you cast under Pure Cast will also put a shield equal to 30% of the heal that you just did and it makes the target immune to knockback.
    Esuna and Res - Esuna will have a heal of 200 potency added to it and removed negative status effects from the target. If Esuna crits or direct hits, it will cleanse all negative status effects from the target. Res is now a Role Skill and all healers get it and have the same same ability taking an important ability slot with a different name and a different animation.

    What I am trying to say is that everyone will have 16 skills
