dx11 error when entering the clyteum dungeon

i played this dungeon on the release day of 7.5 absolutely fine, but now upon entering an expert roulette whenever i am loading into the dungeon my game crashes with the following errors

tried the reset system settings in the launcher, tried uninstalling and reinstalling my graphics driver, currently waiting on the game data to be restored to see if that works

In order get a better sense of the problem could you please provide the following information?

- Platform (PC, Steam, Mac)
- Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Are you running any addition programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
- Were any update or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash?
- Does the issue occur when you run the game with Administrative Privileges?

Please provide a system report as well. You can do so by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of the 'System Information' click on 'Display'.

Additionally, If the concern, has already been solved then please confirm it with your reply.
