FOMO and time gated items

Looks like the new Unicorn mount is FOMO as well. This just feels bad. Hopefully they reconsider, and release it after the event is done to so that we can obtain it at any time in the future.

This game has always had F2P monetization despite all the snickering and grand gesturing about not being a F2P game.

I weren't actually aware the recent Fantasian items were time limited. Now I've come up with an idea that justifies getting one of the paid items (that would be used indefinitely for a class's glamour) and the item is no longer available.

No one really wins in these FOMO situations. A few will get an item if they have a reason to at the start, some will just get it due to FOMO if they're aware it's limited. Most will go to get it later and find they can't.

A bad practice in my opinion.

I just wish cash shop items were account wide. I was going to get an outfit for an alt and found it was gone. Like yeah, I have it on main, but I wanted it on my alt, too.
