Item lost while moving Mannequin?

Hello everyone, I wanted to display a weapon using a mannequin in my medium. And I after displaying the weapon on it, I mistakenly move back the mannequin to my inventory instead of moving it in my house, upon placing it back, the weapon is gone, and I cannot find it in my Mannequin, retainers, inventory, armory chest, calamity savager...
Has this happened to anyone?
What do you recommend I can do to recover my weapon?

Omg, sorry I've found a way to get it back. sorry for the post. i do not know how to delete it :/
