Dungeons and Raids Should Drop Totems

As title says. Each completion of content should give a totem or totems that allow purchase of a drop from the dungeon or raid, including alliance raid. Be that a piece of gear, card, minion or orchestrion.

People should not be driving themselves insane running content dozens of times for glam or BiS that may never drop. This is not fun nor respectful of players' time.

I've read an account of player that ran a Nier raid 43 times and never got the chest piece they wanted. This should not be possible, and each person should be closer to their goal each time they complete the content.

It should not feel like a pointless endeavor.

I mean, yes, but I know SE has ignored everyone's questions about glam farming for awhile since I think they imagine it adds more re-playability because of the RNG suffering that everyone has experienced in-game, but it's rough. Also, at least you can do Nier 1-3 unsync'd, but the capped dungeons won't be changed until EC is out so another year of failing to get my last few pieces of glam from them.

I eventually gave up farming Mistwake once I hit over 100+ since I know it's not meant to be like that unless a retainer brings back the said item later on, but so far no luck.

I imagine desire for this will get stronger as they expand the range of the Armoire to include dungeon drops beyond Dawntrail.

At the very least I'd like to see patch dungeons given the same treatment as levelling dungeons where you receive a guaranteed gear drop on the job you're on for completion. I'm also in the Mistwake glamour mines myself, but even moreso, people running specific dungeons 40+ times hoping for the right Ultimate BiS gear to drop to no avail is heinous.

Adding to this, I'd like the totem or currency item to not take up inventory space like how Criterion dungeon currency doesn't take up inventory space. You'd be able to keep track of the currency on that dungeon's page in Duty Finder.
