    bought store items not arrived

    Been over 24 hours and shop items not arrived. My mail box is empty so I can receive mail. Got email receipt saying I have bought the items. Raised a ticket but nothing yet. I bought an item a few days ago and it took about 10-20 minutes. Anyone else having issues ?

    Yes, actually, bought three things. My mailbox was actually full so only two sets arrived. so I had to clear it out, but it took hours before the third set arrived after submitting the ticket in the mailbox.
